Hello! My name is Sara and I’m a volunteer from the United States. This campaign is for Yahya. Below is his message:
My name is Yahya, and I am 22 years old, from the Gaza Strip. Since October 2023, the war on Gaza has deprived us of a dignified life, caused the loss of many lives, and destroyed homes, schools, universities, mosques, and everything. My family’s home was among those destroyed by the Israeli army, and the place where I and my family worked to earn money was also destroyed. Despite the ongoing war, I insisted on continuing my studies online, facing numerous difficulties. My university was also one of those destroyed by the war. My family and I now live in a small tent in a displacement camp, facing a very difficult life without food, water, electricity, security, and stability, which constantly puts my life and my family’s lives at risk. Nevertheless, I am determined to remain strong and hold onto hope for a better day for myself and my region. I will use the donated funds to secure my family’s basic needs, including food, water, medicine, clothing, and safe shelter. I ask for your help or participation, and thank you.
hi everyone! since my last update, i was able to facilitate two transfers to yahya. as of today, everything donated before 8/21 has been sent. thank you for the support for yahya as always! the conditions he is facing have been extremely tough due to continuous bombing, displacement, destruction, killing, famine, lack of water, shortages of medicine, and the absence of basic necessities. (words said by yahya on his latest instagram post)

Hi everyone! Providing an update on the most recent transfer. It was sent on Juy 31 and it received the following day. To date, all of the funds donated before July 31 have been sent to Yahya. Unfortunately the commission to withdraw cash is quite high, around 50%. Nonetheless, the funds donated to Yahya have quite literally kept him and his family alive so please keep supporting him as the situation is very tough. Please put pressure on your politicians and do not stop talking about Palestine.
